Dr. ∞™ — Legal

A note before the legalese

Dr. ∞ is a private wellness and personal-growth coaching product. It is not a medical device, not psychotherapy, not a clinical service, and not an emergency or crisis service. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you have a medical or mental-health need, consult a licensed professional; in an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

1 · Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Dr. ∞ (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by Moose Pack Inc and its subsidiary MPV LLC (together, “we,” “us”).

Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to use the Service.

Your account. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password private.

Acceptable use. Don’t use the Service to harm others, to break the law, to reverse-engineer or resell it, or to attempt to access other users’ data.

The content. Sessions are generated by AI and may be imperfect. You are responsible for how you act on anything the Service says. The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes. We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be posted here.

2 · Privacy Policy

What we store. Your account details (username, email, display name), your session transcripts, journal entries, check-ins, commitments, and the patterns derived from them. App preferences (theme, brand) are stored locally on your device.

Where it lives. Account and session data is stored on the Moose Pack backend (em5.pro infrastructure). Preference data stays in your browser’s local storage.

AI & voice processing. To generate sessions, your messages are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. Voice features send audio to our voice provider (ElevenLabs). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms; we don’t permit them to use your content to train their models beyond what their policies require for delivering the service.

What we never do. We do not sell your personal data. We do not advertise to you. We do not share one partner’s private intake or session content with another partner — privacy between people is enforced structurally in the product.

Your control. You may request export or deletion of your account data by contacting us.

3 · End-User License Agreement (EULA)

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dr. ∞ for your own personal, non-commercial use. The software, design, brand, and underlying models remain the property of Moose Pack Inc / MPV LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service. This license ends if you violate these terms.
